How does it work
The system allows you to book a visit to a specialist directly on the site via the NextVisit widget. The user selects the address, the specialist and the date and time from the available, indicates his phone number and clicks on the backup.
Next, the system asks the code sent via SMS to confirm the number. If this number is already registered in the customer base, then the reservation is over. If there is no such number in the customer database, the system will ask for additional data – name, email and other fields configured in the system.
Thus, the system itself replenishes the customer base.
There are two ways client is added to clients database:
By the manager from CRM interface
Manager can add a new client with “Add client form” or “Adding new visit” by selecting new client. Interface is easy to use and is very simple.
By the client himself with widget on the website
Client fills in visit booking form on the website and if he adds phone number that is not in clients database, system will ask to add additional information about the client.
Fields for “Add client form” could be configured in CRM interface.
Client will receive SMS or/and email notification before the visit. This helps client not to forget about the visit.
If it is set so, client can cancel the visit or change time of the visit.
If it is set so, client receives SMS and/or email with link where he can leave feedback about the visit.
